Crisp Baked French Toast

2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup crushed corn flakes (can substitute bran flakes)
6 slices bread
Powdered sugar
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla together.  Dip the bread into the mixed and coat with corn flakes.  Place in a single layer on a greased cookie sheet.  Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, flip and baked for another 5 minutes until crispy or slightly brown. 
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter and warm syrup.


This breakfast was another favorite if the children and again I liked it was very fast & easy to prepare.
